On the 5th of September 2025, NUST Library hosted an in-house training session on ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) for its team of Assistant Librarians, Chief Library Assistants, and Senior Library Assistants. The session was facilitated by Ms. Ethel Chivhange, the Research Support Services Librarian, who guided participants through the overview and importance of ORCID in academic and research environments, how to create and manage ORCID profiles, and how it supports researchers in maintaining a unique digital identity.![]()
