How can I access past exam papers online?
On the NUST library homepage, click on the link ‘NuStone Digital Library.’ Several icons will appear. Click on the icon labelled ‘Past Exam Papers’. You can then select the exam papers you want by Year, Course Title or Faculty. You can also search for exam papers using specific words that appear in the paper and clicking the ‘Begin search’ button.
Are food and drink allowed in the library?
Food and drink are NOT permitted in the library.
Can I use my laptop in the library?
Patrons may bring their laptops into the library. However, you must have a working wireless card to use the internet. Patrons are not permitted to connect their laptops onto the wired network.
Can library users access past exam papers on calculus?
Yes,exam papers are indeed available for patron use from the library website.Users can also download these or see them online.
How can I access full dissertations from the Library?
Full dissertations can be obtained from the Reserve section of the Library.  However, these are strictly for Library use only. This means that they can not be taken out of the library. Dissertations can be borrowed for a maximum of 3 hours each. If you are unable to find dissertations from a particular department, please consult the Reference librarian on duty at the help desk. He or she will assist you.

How do I access electronic resources off campus?
First log on to the Library website http://library.nust.ac.zw. On the left hand column menu select Electronic Resources OFF Campus.  A list of all the licensed e-resources that the Library Subscribes to will appear in alphabetical order under the heading “Electronic Resources List”.  Then select the e-resource or database which you would like to use.  A page prompting for your user name and pass word will pop up. Your username is your Surname and First name separated by a space. The pass word is the barcode of your University ID Card starting with 21…….

Consult the library’s I.T (Information Technology) specialists, who will then enter the appropriate internet settings into your laptop. When this is done, you should be able to connect to the library’s Wifi on your laptop.

Where do i get Calculus books in the Library?
Calculus books are found on the main library open stacks and in the reserve.Their class number range around QA300 and QA303.But users can also find books in softcopy format from databases like EBRARY and EMERALD available on the library website.
Where do i locate full text dissertations in the library?Are they available online?
Dissertations are indeed available in the library and can be accessed from the Reserve section.These are however not for loaning out but they can only be used within the library premises.Full text dissertations cannot be accessed online but rather one can see the abstract made available to make users locate their required resources.
